Acceptable stay near the station
convenient location friendly staff bizarre room low ceilings
The location is convenient. It's close to the train station. Staff members were friendly and helpful too. The view was amazing. They are great.
The first room was beyond bizarre. You walk in, and there are six carpeted steps in black heading into the room. Ceilings were low, probably 6 feet 6 inches. I thought I was going to hit my head. The heavy spring action door closed on me. It pushed my suitcase down the stairs. It almost knocked me down the stairs.

central location friendly staff clean room amazing breakfast
The hotel location was great, just steps from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful, even providing water in the lobby. My room was very clean. Public areas also looked good. Breakfast spread was amazing. I felt the service was top notch.
The room faced a train station, so noise was noticeable until late night.

The hotel has valet parking. This made arrival easy. I did see a modern fitness center and a business center on the lobby floor. Elevators were available on each floor and were quick.

The concierge helped with public transportation, always having maps available. Check-in was efficient, and staff quickly addressed requests. I saw staff delivering prompt room service. This seemed consistent throughout my stay.

The hotel is near Centraal Station. This made airport transfers easy. Plenty of food and shopping are within walking distance. I found many restaurants offering diverse cuisines close by.

The superior room included a nespresso machine and offered tea. High quality bottled water was provided daily, this was a nice touch. The room had individual climate control. This helped with comfort.

helpful staff canal view good breakfast ideal location
the staff was very helpful and professional. i was given a room on the canal and the view was beautiful. the breakfast was quite good and i enjoyed the buffet. the location was ideal for walking to many places.
my room had a slight staircase inside, but it was a minor inconvenience.
